whim·sy noun ˈhwim-zē: a playful or amusing quality; a sense of humor or playfulness
My life at Hyde contains a whole lot of whimsy. This realization hit me the other day while scanning some of the photos I’ve taken in recent years, both on- and off the job. I thought I might share a few on my blog.
What hits me about this group of Hyde-Bath footballers is the sheer unbridled joy they feel in wearing the whole football ensemble: the pads, the helmet, the unis, the eye black, etc. All of these players hail from China and, fascinated with all things American, they’re loving the whole American football regalia thing.
